When you’ve been doing a job for decades, you often fail to recognise the wealth of knowledge you’ve accumulated.

This has happened to a number of our team, and we are now working to share our experience more widely. We’ve contributed a number of articles to the education press, including:

https://www.primaryleaders.com/pupils-and-parents/marketing-and-media/how-to-handle-the-media-like-a-pro

It’s the same for folks working in education. Surprisingly, a school leader who thinks nothing of standing up and speaking in front of hundreds of students or parents will sometimes freak out at the idea of writing a 500-word article. We have helped a number of heads and CEOs by listening to their thoughts and turning them into ‘thought leadership’ features or blog posts.

Getting your name out there, especially if you have specialist information to share, can really help develop a positive profile for your school or trust.
